Who we are

Mission First Housing Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working throughout the Mid Atlantic region to ensure everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home. Our vision is to be a premier partner in creating equitable, affordable, safe, sustainable homes that support residents and strengthen communities.

We are collaborating with Royersford Baptist Church to bring Cypress Place at Royersford to fruition. Royersford Baptist is the first church that formed in Royersford and has been serving the community for 145 years, since 1879. The congregation seeks to live out the command to love our neighbors through a long heritage of practical actions that meet identified needs.

Mission First has assembled an experienced team of local and regional professionals to create a high quality workforce housing development. Together with our team, we will employ best practices in design and development – along with feedback from the community – to shape a successful project.

Developer

Mission First Housing Group owns approximately 4,000 workforce and affordable apartments throughout the Mid Atlantic Region. We build housing for families, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities. We were founded over 30 years ago. 

Architect

Architectural Concepts PC (AC) has been on the forefront of multi-family design in the region for over 45 years. In addition to numerous market-rate developments, AC, with an experienced staff of 16, has successfully completed over 50 affordable developments including Veteran, Age-Restricted, Artist and General Occupancy housing.

Civil Engineer

Bursich Associates’ experienced civil engineers and surveyors have been collaborating with private and municipal clients in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. Their projects include design and review of subdivisions and land development applications for private and public sector clientele, wastewater management design, operation and feasibility studies, and comprehensive land surveying.
